Alicia graduated from Western Sydney University in 2017 with a combined Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physiotherapy. Since then, she has built her career in private practice, gaining broad clinical experience in treating musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, and neurological conditions in people across all age groups.
With multiple Pilates-based accreditations, Alicia integrates Pilates principles into her treatment approach—particularly for managing injuries and low back pain—helping clients improve strength, control, and functional movement.
Alicia has a strong interest in supporting the aging population, and regularly runs Body, Brain and Balance exercise classes, which focus on enhancing mobility, coordination, and cognitive function in a welcoming group setting. Alicia is also trained in the management of Parkinson’s Disease and uses evidence-informed strategies to support long-term mobility and quality of life.
In 2024, Alicia completed her certification in ConnectTherapy™—a whole-person, total body assessment and treatment framework. This approach allows her to understand how different areas of the body and life experiences are connected, helping her deliver truly integrated, personalised care.
Alicia is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, committed to ongoing professional development and the highest standards of practice.
