Tamara is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), Remedial & Oncology Massage Therapist. She attained her Bachelor of Exercise Science & Rehabilitation (Honours) in 2007 at UOW, her Certificate IV in Massage Therapy Practice in 2012, and her Diploma of Remedial Massage and Oncology Massage Training (Level III Certified ) in 2015. She has over 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry and has a clear understanding of the biomechanics of the body. Tamara has worked in private practice, aged care, return to work, community care and gym environments. She is proactive, passionate, positively-driven, professional, energetic, dedicated and enthusiastic in nature. Tamara seeks to help clients self manage to promote increased quality of life. She has clinical skills and experience in exercise rehabilitation programs for a variety of neurological, musculoskeletal and cardiovascular conditions, elderly health conditions as well as experience with health and well-being programs, diabetes, chronic pain, gym environments, swimming, hydrotherapy, aqua aerobics, dance and school sports programs.
