Her extensive experience in private practice has included advising clients with Bipolar disorders, osteoporosis, Grave’s Disease, Polycystic ovarian and metabolic syndromes, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. She is herself a former under 15 representative netballer, a social swimmer, yoga participant and devoted bicycle tourist training on-line to prepare for epic mountain stages.

We are excited to welcome Belinda to our team. She has an infectious enthusiasm and genuine interest in cultivating the active lives of her clients. She complements the professionalism of our existing team and brings an invigorating personal perspective on increasing physical activity and living a full healthy life. A practitioner who values incremental progression, we believe you can trust her with even your more resistant or inactive clients.
