We can assess to ensure you engage the correct muscles to stabilise your spine and recommend exercises to improve your core stabilisers and pelvic floor. Our Pilates classes are ideal for women aiming to improve their strength and fitness for delivery or simply just helping getting back in shape after the birth.

During your Pre and post natal assessment, we aim to:
